Maple Sugar

Recipe for making maple sugar:

Heat maple syrup to 238° F on candy thermometer.

Cool slightly then stir  syrup.

Pack mixture in olds or leave in bowl and crumble sugar when it has cooled completely.

Can be used sprinkled over pancakes - pudding - hot rice

What a lovely post...great tips as I've never tried making maple sugar but I am going to try this. Thanks for sharing!
