White Cake

White Cake (Dorothy Gifford's)

2 1/2 cups flour
1 2/3 cup sugar
Salt
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 cup milk
2/3 cup shortening
Vanilla
3 eggs

Bake 350° - 25-30 min.

This blog is such a marvellous concept. Have you thought of making a recipe book once you collect a few more? I think it would be a winner! I'd buy it!

Well, keep thinking about it. I think you could have a really interesting and marketable book! You have a unique twist that captures the imagination and makes it more interesting that just another cookbook. You're site proves that!
