Impossible Pie

Impossible as in impossible to read. I'll do my best:

Bake 350 - 45 min

Impossible Pie

4 eggs
1/2 stick of Oleo
2 C milk
1 T vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/2 C biscuik (bisquick)

beat 3-5 min
add 1 cup coconut

nine inch greased pan

Chocolate Chip Bars



Chocolate Chip Bars

1/3 c. shortening
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sug. (packed)
1 egg
i teas. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 teasp. soda
1/2 teasp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. (6 ounces) semi-sweet choco. piece

Heat oven to 375° Mix short., butter, sugars, egg and vanilla thoroughly. Stir in remaining ingred. Spread in ungreases oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool; cut into bars.

Pecan Strawberry Rhubarb Dessert

Pecan Strawberry Rhubarb Dessert

1 No. 2 can Strawberry Rhubard pie filling
1 small box (9 ozs) white cake mix
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 stick margarine melted

Place pie filling in 8" square pan. Sprinkle mix over top. Place nut meats over this. Drizzle melted margarine evenly over all. Bake in 350° oven 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream, Cool Whip, or ice cream.

Apple Sauce

Apple Sauce

4 med apples, cut in fourths
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup packed brown sugar - or 1/3 - 1/2 cup granulated suagr
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Heat apples & water to boiling over medium heat. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered stirring occasionally to break up apples until tender, 5-10 mins.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, boil & stir 1 minute.

Mildred's Meat Ball Mexicana

MEAT BALL MEXICANA

1 pound ground beef
4 tablespoons shorting
1/2 cup No. 2 can tomatoes
1/2 cup No. 2 can tomato juice
1 bay leaf
3/4 cup chopped onions
1 teaspoon chilli powder
2 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
1/2 cup washed macaroni

There are no preparation instructions, so you'll have to make your best guess.
I plan to scoop the mixture into ice trays, freeze overnight, add tequila, and serve.

3/4 c arborio rice
6 c milk
pinch salt
1/2 c sugar
1/2 vanilla bean

Med. heat
40-45"

1/4 c heavy cream
oven bake
grate orange
rind candied ginger
mace, cardamon
nutmeg, cinnamon

Chocolate Krisp Kringles

Recipe:
Chocolate Krisp Kringles

1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup choc. chips

take off heat

stir in:
1/2 cup sugar

beat in:
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
salt
vanilla

put in pan - cover with chips + 1/3 cup nuts.

Bake at 400° - 12 minutes

Nerwegian Apple Pie


Recipe for "Nerwegian Apple Pie."

1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
3(?) eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 " " vanilla
1 " " baking powder
2 cups diced apples
1/2 cup chopped nuts

8" pan greased
350 degrees 40-45 mins

Mix sugar unsifted flour and unbeaten eggs. Add b.p. salt cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in apples and nuts and pour into pan.
